NFP Corp is a recognized leader in providing employee health products and services. The Medicare Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Medicare plans and assisting clients with their healthcare needs while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Selling Medicare Supplement/MAPD/Rx/Dental/Vision/Cancer plans to clients
- Following up on a weekly basis on all clients that need Medicare policies and handing them in on time
- Using department knowledge to help brokers/clients with questions regarding Medicare, plan benefits and premiums for carriers
- Learning and conducting video calls with clients and for seminars
- Utilizing the carrier portals for e-applications, quoting, plan details, etc
- Asking and maintaining a flow of referrals from your book-of-business
- Following up with any client that meets non-commissionable requirements after 5+ yrs
- Respond to email and voicemail in a timely fashion even if the issue is not resolved; contact must be made with Clients and Consultants within 24 hours
- Log all phone conversations in AGENCYBLOC for all current clients with any issues/resolutions
- Handle customers’ inquiries, questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate, appropriate and timely responses to all requests by customers, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision
- Maintain a positive, friendly, helpful and cooperative attitude when interacting with Consultants, Groups and Members as well as co-workers and peers
- Maintain all required testing; Pass AHIP testing, as well as carrier testing once a year
- Maintain your NJ Health Producer License and CE Credits, as well as any other state(s)
- Additional duties that may be requested by Management
