Role Overview:

The Mental Health Administrator provides operational and financial leadership for a behavioral health practice, ensuring smooth coordination between clinical staff, billing, clients, and leadership. This role oversees administrative systems, referral workflows, compliance, billing operations, and reporting to support efficient, high-quality delivery of mental health services.

The ideal candidate has experience in mental health practice management or healthcare administration, including oversight of billing and revenue cycle processes, and thrives in a fully remote environment.

Compliance & Reporting

Program & Practice Development
