<li>Work warm leads and follow-ups as instructed by our training program.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.</li>
<li>Assist in developing relationships with new customers across multiple product lines.</li>
<li>Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with agent to achieve objectives.</li>
<li>Minimum 40 Outbound calls per day. </li>

<li>Must know State Farm systems.</li>
<li>Must have active P&C and L&H licenses.</li>
<li>Must have a quiet background throughout your working day.</li>
