Role Overview
The National Director, Direct Sales is a senior sales leadership role responsible for establishing and executing national sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and business performance across the organization. This role exercises a high degree of independent judgment and discretion in directing sales operations, leading organizational initiatives, allocating resources, developing leaders, and influencing business outcomes.
What You Will Do
Recruits and builds a team of direct sales professionals, develops and directs national sales strategies, leads and manages a team of Business Consultants and Sales Development Representatives, and drives the sales process from plan to close.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or relevant field
- Minimum 15 years' experience in new logo acquisition direct sales and sales leadership
- Prior Managed Services Sales and Sales Leadership experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce
