What You'll Do:

As a National Account Representative, you'll be the architect of our client relationships within the labor union benefit sector. Your role is about consistent, thoughtful engagement that leads to meaningful partnerships.

What Success Looks Like (Your Scorecard):

What You'll Bring:

Base Salary: $75,000–$110,000 DOE

OTE: $130,000–$180,000+

Commission: 1x MRR per new client

Sales Cycle: 90–120 days

Mission: Cybersecurity Preparedness for labor union benefit offices

Ideal Background: TPA, benefits software, union insurance sales, or compliance consulting
