The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying data discrepancies, performing reconciliations, preparing external filings, and completing account analysis and bookkeeping assignments.
Responsibilities
- Identify data discrepancies outside of the norm and notify the appropriate contact on the team
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare regular external filings such as HST
- Prepare working paper files and financial statements
- Complete account analysis and bookkeeping assignments
Skills
- You have completed your undergraduate degree or diploma, focused in accounting or bookkeeping
- You have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork
- You have proven leadership skill and can take initiative to seek understanding
- You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
