We are searching for the best talent for an Oncology Clinical Educator, Solid Tumors – Upstate NY - (including Syracuse, Buffalo, and Rochester).

 

This is a field-based role available in all cities within Upstate New York. While specific cities are listed in the Locations section for reference, please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application. We invite candidates from any location within the region to apply.

 

Purpose:

In this exciting role, the Oncology Clinical Educator (OCE) will be responsible for providing clinical education for the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Oncology brands primarily focused on PI-based and disease state education to non-physician patient care teams (PCT), including nurses, nurse navigators, pharmacists, and other advanced practice providers (APPs), such as Nurse Practitioners and Physician’s Assistants to drive positive PCT and patient experiences. OCEs support a patient experience that focuses on the whole patient, addressing educational needs related to both clinical and behavioral aspects of treatment and disease management. This position will work with the Solid Tumor OCE teams. This position will flex to meet the needs of the OCE team related to product launches and needs within the commercial Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine organization. As such, this position will receive focused OCE product/disease state training as appropriate to execute stakeholder strategies. This position will work collaboratively with the OCE manager and respective OCE team member who is responsible for a specific territory within the NE region. This position will be support the Upstate New York region and will be responsible for the following geographic territory: Syracuse, Buffalo, and Rochester.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $117,000 to $201,250.

 

The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
