Palantir L2 Support Specialist

This is a remote position. We are looking for Palantir L2 Support Specialists to support enterprise Palantir environments, with a focus on operational support, incident management, and platform stability. The role is centred around supporting Palantir Foundry and Foundation environments within structured ITIL-based support processes. This is a support and operations role rather than a development position, requiring strong troubleshooting skills, production support experience, and understanding of enterprise platform operations. Responsibilities • Provide Level 2 operational support for Palantir environments • Investigate and resolve incidents and production issues • Support problem management activities • Analyse logs and monitoring data • Troubleshoot application and platform issues • Support integrations and interfaces between systems • Work within ITIL aligned operational processes • Escalate and coordinate issues where required • Support platform stability and operational excellence Requirements • Enterprise application support experience • Strong Level 2 support background • ITIL process understanding • Incident and problem management experience • Operational troubleshooting skills • Experience with integration and interface concepts • Log analysis and monitoring experience • Operational knowledge of Palantir Foundry and/or Palantir Foundation Nice to have • Experience within large enterprise environments • Production support of data platforms • Service management tooling experience • Monitoring and observability tools • Financial services, consulting or large corporate experience Benefits Solid, competitive salary Work in multilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on international projects Comprehensive healthcare Long-term B2B contract with stable project pipeline
