Role Overview – Part‑Time Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Part‑Time Remote Customer Service Representative on our Insurance (Property & Casualty) team, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about their insurance policies. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, conduct outbound follow‑up calls, and provide accurate, courteous assistance while identifying opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell relevant products.
