Job Description

We are currently seeking two candidates: one to support the Western Canada region (Alberta or British Columbia) and one to support Ontario, based in the Greater Toronto Area.

The Health Systems Partner (HSP) is a field-based role dedicated to enabling the operational readiness of health systems (clinics, hospitals, etc.).

The HSP focuses on diagnosing and solving systemic bottlenecks that affect patient access, throughput, and care coordination — ensuring each clinic has the structure, processes, and champions in place to deliver optimal care for patients. This role acts as the operational bridge between Commercial, Patient Support Program (PSP) Operations, and Medical functions — translating insights into action while maintaining full IMC and ethical compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Clinic Readiness & Optimization

  • Conduct structured clinic readiness assessments across designated clinics in your assigned territory (capacity, staffing, workflow, diagnostic processes).

  • Identify operational gaps and resource constraints affecting patient access.

  • Co-create tailored readiness action plans with clinic leadership (administrative, nursing, and physician stakeholders).

  • Share best practices across clinics to promote consistency and scalability.

2. Enablement & Change Facilitation

  • Partner with clinics to implement process improvements that shorten time-to-initiation and improve throughput.

  • Identify and nurture internal champions within clinics to sustain change.

  • Provide tools and templates (pre-approved by Compliance/Medical) to support workflow optimization.

3. Field Integration & Collaboration

  • Work in close alignment with KAMs/Commercial Field team and PSP Operations to ensure coherent clinic engagement.

  • Feed operational insights into brand strategy, patient support enhancements, and readiness dashboards.

  • Participate in joint planning meetings with the commercial franchise team for priorities alignment & prioritized institutions.

You are the ideal candidate if you possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, pharmacy health administration, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. (master's degree preferred)

  • Experience in hospital/clinic operations, patient access programs, or rare disease enablement.

  • Deep understanding of patient support program processes, access pathways, and multidisciplinary care models.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with HCPs, nurses, and administrators.

  • Familiarity with IMC Code, patient privacy, and non-promotional compliance standards.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

Skills and Competencies Related to the Position:

  • Systems thinking & process design.

  • Influencing without authority.

  • Stakeholder engagement.

  • Analytical insight and data storytelling.

  • Compliance mindset.

  • Problem solver & solutions driven.

  • Cross-functional collaboration.

  • Agility, self-leadership & speed.

  • Execution excellence & change catalyst.
