Role Overview
The Personal Lines Producer is responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with personal lines clients and growing the book of business through new client sales. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and developing personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients. The producer will foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.

Responsibilities include identifying and developing personal insurance opportunities, fostering and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects, and monitoring and reporting on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved.

Requirements
- Hold the insurance license required by your state
- Minimum of two years personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations
