Position Overview This is a remote position in which we are seeking a mission-driven, results-oriented Philanthropy Partnerships Manager to lead outreach and engagement with foundations, philanthropies, and grant- making organizations. This individual will serve as a key ambassador for FitnessGram, articulating its impact, presenting supporting research, and securing funding partnerships that enable schools and districts to implement the program. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable presenting to high-level stakeholders, skilled at translating research into compelling narratives, and passionate about youth health and equity in education. Key Responsibilities • Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with philanthropic organizations aligned with youth health, education, and wellness initiatives • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that communicate the impact and value of FitnessGram • Translate research, data, and outcomes into persuasive funding proposals and partnership pitches • Collaborate with internal teams to align philanthropic efforts with sales strategy and school/district needs • Manage the full lifecycle of philanthropic engagement—from prospecting to securing funding to maintaining long-term relationships • Track and report on partnership progress, funding outcomes, and impact metrics • Represent GreenLight Fitness at conferences, meetings, and events as needed Preferred Qualifications • Experience in education, health, or nonprofit sectors • Familiarity with K–12 systems, school district funding, or public sector sales cycles • Texas-based or strong familiarity with the Texas education and philanthropic landscape Why Join Us • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on youth health at scale • Work with a mission-driven team focused on measurable outcomes • Flexible, remote-friendly work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience working with philanthropic organizations and presenting research-driven initiatives. • GreenLight Fitness is an equal opportunity employer and encourages candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
