Job Purpose

The Principal Pricing Strategist serves as the enterprise leader for consumer lending pricing strategy across digital and branch-based channels. This role defines and governs the company’s pricing philosophy, frameworks, and optimization strategies for sub-prime and near-prime portfolios. As the organization’s senior subject matter expert in pricing analytics, this role integrates credit risk, capital strategy, regulatory considerations, competitive positioning, and long-term portfolio economics to drive sustainable, risk-adjusted profitability. The Principal Pricing Strategist partners directly with Executive Leadership, Credit, Finance, Product, and Compliance to shape pricing direction, influence portfolio growth strategy, and ensure regulatory integrity across all markets.
