About this role

Most engineers work within a system. You'll be the system.

As Principal Software Engineer, ePrescribing, you own the architecture, reliability, and evolution of Prescryptive's ePrescribing platform — the technical backbone that ensures prescriptions move accurately, securely, and at scale across a complex healthcare ecosystem.

You're not a passenger in this domain. You're the authority. If you live and breathe NCPDP ePrescribing, thrive on the gnarly interoperability challenges that make most engineers tap out, and want your technical decisions to have real downstream impact on patients and providers — this is the role built for you.

You'll operate with the autonomy of a principal IC and the influence of a domain owner: defining the problems worth solving, architecting the solutions, and setting the direction as standards, partners, and products evolve.
