Marketing Management
  • Coordinate the efforts and direction of the Digital marketing aspect of the Marketing in achieving set business goals
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors.
Digital Advertising
  • Develop and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
  • Implement marketing strategies to re-engage potential customers.
  • Manage budgets and bids for digital ad campaigns.
  • A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Email Marketing
  • Create and manage Email content marketing strategies.
  • Develop blog posts, articles, and other written content.
  • Manage the content calendar.
  • Optimize content for SEO.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Build and segment email lists.
  • Create and send newsletters and promotional emails.

Lead Generation
  • Develop and execute strategies for generating quality leads through digital channels.
  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns across various platforms.
  • Track and optimize the lead funnel to improve conversion rates.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Public Relations (PR)
  • Handle media relations and press releases.
  • Develop PR campaigns to enhance the agency's reputation.
  • Respond to media inquiries.
  • Manage crisis communication if necessary.
SEO
  • Optimize the agency's website and client websites for search engines.
  • Conduct keyword research.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Track and report on SEO performance.
Analytics
  • Collect and analyze data related to marketing efforts.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance.
  • Provide insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools and software.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of launching and scaling new products or services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and content distribution strategies.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Adaptable and creative problem-solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for persuasive ad copy and landing page messaging.
