Westinghouse is an innovative company committed to providing clean energy solutions. As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers in delivering engineering and manufacturing projects while also assisting in process improvements across the Portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Track project actions and follow up with owners to ensure completion
- Monitor and update progress of project schedule and resource demand forecasting
- Review project cost reports, monitoring of budgets and Indicators to identify actions
- Maintain project documentation following contract and quality assurance requirements
- Produce internal and external project status reports
- Collect, input and organise project data from multiple sources, including documentation and distribution of project meeting minutes
- Travel to customer and other office locations
Skills
- 0 - 2 years experience in similar role or experience in engineering, manufacturing or project management through a combination of work and study
- Bachelor's degree – Engineering or Project Management field or similar
