Job Description:
• Act as a project management enablement resource across the entire CTI organization.
• Enable CTI teams to effectively project manage their own initiatives and processes.
• Provide hands on project management coaching and support.
• Support medium to large, cross functional initiatives.
• Promote consistent use of project management standards, templates, and delivery practices across CTI.
• Support project close out activities, including documentation and lessons learned.
• Provide delivery and coordination support for Product & Pricing related Salesforce work.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in project management, delivery enablement, business operations, or enterprise systems support.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex initiatives.
• Proven ability to enable and coach teams on effective project management practices, standards, and ways of working.
• Experience working effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Hands on experience with modern project management tools such as Wrike, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce based commercial environments preferred.
