Supplemental Practice Partnership | Revenue Share Opportunity
The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, multi-state law firm that delivers high-quality legal services in civil litigation, probate, real estate, and business law. With a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, this firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney (Of Counsel) licensed in New Mexico.
This opportunity is not a full-time employment role. Instead, it is designed for a solo practitioner or small firm attorney seeking to supplement their existing practice. The arrangement offers approximately 10 – 15 hours per week, with flexibility to take on additional matters. Attorneys will partner with the firm in a revenue-sharing structure, earning up to 40% of revenue generated, while maintaining their independence and client base.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions and property matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, and leases.
• Address title, zoning, and land use issues.
• Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, and litigation as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver timely, high-quality service.
Qualifications
• Licensed attorney in New Mexico.
• 8–10 years of experience in real estate law.
• Expertise in both transactional real estate and related dispute resolution.
• Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment.
Compensation & Structure
• Revenue-sharing model with earnings tied to billed and collected hours.
