Our client is looking for a Real Estate Leads Manager to join their team. Operating within the luxury real estate sector and affiliated with one of the most prestigious property networks in the world, they have built a strong reputation for excellence, market expertise, and high-value transactions across sought-after territories.
Responsibilities
Manage and assign incoming real estate leads in a timely, organized, and strategic manner
Coordinate relocation inquiries and referrals across internal and external networks
Track lead activity, follow-up status, and conversion outcomes using specialized platforms
Serve as the point of contact between referring parties and the receiving agent or team
Maintain accurate records of lead assignments, referrals, and outcomes
Monitor lead pipelines and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
Communicate professionally and promptly with agents, coordinators, and partners
Support reporting and performance tracking related to lead generation and conversion
Requirements
Prior experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager, preferably with a large brokerage or real estate company (experience with an individual agent or very small team may not be sufficient)
Hands-on experience managing real estate leads in at least one of the following platforms:
eRelocation by ASK
AnywheRE or Leads Engine by Realogy
Broker Center by Cartus
Global Referral Network by Sotheby's International Realty
CIH Network by Compass Real Estate
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
Qualifications
Background working at a recognized large brokerage — ideally Sotheby's International Realty or Compass Real Estate, though equivalent experience at another established real estate firm will be considered
Familiarity with real estate referral and relocation workflows
Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of leads without sacrificing quality or responsiveness
Comfortable working across digital tools and platforms in a fast-paced environment
