• Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates and maintaining relationships with potential hires.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in using proactive and creative sourcing strategies, with an ability to attract and engage passive candidates.
• Track record of partnering with C-level executives to drive strategic hiring initiatives in high-growth tech startups.
• Experience with Greenhouse is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and how to engage top talent in the enterprise tech industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire candidates and influence hiring decisions.
