Job Description: • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the competencies and requirements of each role, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Utilize creative sourcing methods to access a wide array of talent pools, incorporating unconventional sources to broaden our reach. • Serve as a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, offering insights on market trends and best practices in hiring. • Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates and maintaining relationships with potential hires. Requirements: • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated success in using proactive and creative sourcing strategies, with an ability to attract and engage passive candidates. • Track record of partnering with C-level executives to drive strategic hiring initiatives in high-growth tech startups. • Experience with Greenhouse is preferred. • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and how to engage top talent in the enterprise tech industry. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire candidates and influence hiring decisions.
