<li> Interview caregiver candidates (virtual & in-person) </li>
<li> Make hiring decisions and present offers </li>
<li> Manage candidates from interview through onboarding </li>
<li> Keep candidates engaged and moving through the process </li>
<li> Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and orientation </li>
<li> Partner with scheduling teams to meet staffing needs </li>
