They are seeking an Accounting Manager to strengthen accounting operations, enhance financial reporting, and develop scalable processes within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including technical accounting and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and ASC 842 Lease Accounting
- Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and complex accounting research
- Strong background leading month-end close, financial statement preparation, and general ledger accounting
- Experience with ERP implementations, process improvements, and accounting systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
- CPA strongly preferred
- Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting high-growth, acquisition-driven organizations preferred
