Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for strategy, campaign and performance updates
- Develop and execute strategies (ex, Search, PMax, YouTube, Meta, Local Service Ads)
- Partner with platform teams to align best practices and industry trends
- Identify opportunities for client growth and upsell relevant services
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns, including ad copy, keyword forecasts, and daily optimizations
- Monitor/analyze performance metrics to optimize for maximum efficiency and ROI
- Develop budget scaling plans, keyword/competitor analysis, and audience strategies
- Deliver campaign performance insights and recommendations to clients
- Manage and prioritize client deliverables, performance reviews, and campaign optimizations across key accounts
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless execution
- Support new client onboarding, strategy planning, and tracking implementation
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media
- Google Ads Certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required
- Mid-senior level experience managing client relationships & campaign performance
- Experience managing Google Ads, Meta, and other digital marketing platforms
- Ability to analyze data, build reports, and track performance KPIs
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills for client engagement
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software
- Local service business plus
