Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients
- Conduct virtual outreach via calls, emails, and online meetings to promote International Career Show’s recruitment and media services
- Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the content and production teams on promotional materials
- Help position the brand in key sectors
- Maintain CRM records
- Prepare sales proposals
- Track campaign performance
- Provide timely, professional responses to client inquiries
- Gather market feedback
- Contribute to sales strategies
- Offer input into training materials and sales enablement content
Skills
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident virtual presentation abilities
- Customer Service skills to build rapport, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships
- Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or media/agency environment
- Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding, share best practices, and contribute to sales process improvement
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing metrics and adjust tactics accordingly
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, results-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Interest in career development, recruitment media, and emerging industries such as technology, healthcare, and sustainable energy
