Pirawna is a performance-focused Amazon DSP agency that partners with e-commerce brands to drive efficient, scalable growth through programmatic advertising. They are seeking an Amazon DSP Account Manager to own the DSP portion of client relationships, manage campaign performance, and collaborate with Brand Account Managers to ensure successful client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own DSP campaign setup, execution, and optimization for your assigned client accounts
- Work alongside Brand AMs as a subject-matter expert on DSP performance and strategy
- Deliver regular written performance reports to the relevant teams
- Conduct AMC analysis to connect DSP activity to organic and PPC outcomes
- Manage client onboarding communication through the 3-phase launch roadmap (Foundation, Optimization, Scale)
- Stay current on Amazon DSP platform updates, beta features, and industry benchmarks
Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on Amazon DSP campaign management experience
- Working knowledge of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and how DSP fits into the full Amazon advertising ecosystem
- Understanding of e-commerce brand KPIs, retail fundamentals, and how advertising decisions connect to business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable interpreting campaign data and translating it into clear, actionable insights
- Proactive, structured communicator — you keep stakeholders informed without being prompted
- Able to manage competing client priorities independently and meet recurring reporting deadlines
- Experience with AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) reporting and audience builds
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising beyond Amazon (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)
