The Application Support Analyst provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for enterprise business applications, partnering with users and technical teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise applications
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements
- Coordinate application updates, testing, and deployments
- Manage user access and security permissions
- Work with vendors to resolve technical issues
- Create support documentation and knowledge articles
- Monitor application performance and identify trends
Skills
- 4+ years supporting enterprise applications
- Experience with SaaS and cloud-based platforms
- Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Entra ID and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with PowerShell
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience supporting Azure-hosted applications
