Responsibilities
- Review applicant profiles to spot leading IT professionals for initial conversations with recruiters
- Make efficient use of in-house tools, platforms, and documentation
- Contribute to building and reinforcing the company's brand values
Skills
- Solid English proficiency (B2+ level)
- At least 6 months of background in administrative roles, sales, sourcing for talent acquisition, or a similar area
- Confident user of MS Office Suite
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to draw conclusions from prior experiences
- Self-driven and flexible in response to business shifts
- Capable of setting priorities, handling several tasks at once, and respecting deadlines
