[Remote] Associate Media Director, Digital Strategy

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mediassociates is a leading independent media planning, buying and analytics agency located in the greater NYC Metro area. They are seeking an Associate Media Director for Digital Strategy to lead integrated media strategy and campaign planning across digital and emerging channels, while mentoring media strategists and optimizing media performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated media strategy and campaign planning across digital and emerging channels
• Partner with activation, analytics, and account teams to drive performance and client success
• Mentor and support media strategists across channels
• Present campaign strategy, insights, and recommendations to clients
• Leverage analytics and data to optimize media performance
• Identify growth opportunities for clients and support new business initiatives
• Stay ahead of media trends, technologies, and platform innovations

Skills

• 5+ years of media strategy experience with deep digital media expertise
• Strong understanding of paid social, search, programmatic, and analytics
• Experience managing client relationships and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Familiarity with tools such as MediaOcean, Prisma, MediaTools, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with performance-focused acquisition campaigns
