They are seeking an Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team, responsible for designing, deploying, and operating production workflows that solve Finance use cases through AI-enabled automation.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery from scoping to production release for AI-enabled Finance automations
- Translate Finance requirements into technical architectures grounded in the internal technology stack
- Embed governance, guardrails, human-in-the-loop logic, and documentation to meet audit and control needs
- Build reliable data pipelines and integrations that power stable automation
- Partner with architects and Finance stakeholders to design, debug, and iterate solutions in production
- Document decisions, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure auditability and maintainability
- Participate in on-call rotation during month-end and quarter-end close, including after-hours and weekend support per plan
Skills
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, SQL, and API development
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, LLMs, or intelligent automation frameworks
- Facility with modern AI tools such as agentic frameworks, AI workflow builders, and coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, or similar)
- Working knowledge of data pipelines and integration patterns for reliable data movement
- Understanding of enterprise controls, compliance, and audit requirements
- Ability to engage non-engineering Finance stakeholders and convert needs into technical solutions
- Proven delivery of production systems with clear impact and adoption
- Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant
- Domain experience in Finance, Audit, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with large-scale enterprise technology stacks
