The Billing Support Associate will manage customer billing inquiries, process account updates, and resolve billing discrepancies while ensuring exceptional service experiences.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer billing inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and problem solving focus
- Processing account updates, adjustments, and billing changes across multiple systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Researching and resolving billing discrepancies by identifying root causes and coordinating with internal teams when needed
- Navigating multiple platforms and tools to review account data, verify information, and deliver timely updates
- Responding to support tickets and customer questions through our communication channels in a clear, helpful manner
- Maintaining organized records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
Skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems efficiently
- 1+ years of customer service experience or related background
- Strong multitasking skills and comfort working across multiple platforms
- Attention to detail and a mindset focused on identifying root causes and resolving issues
- Highly customer service oriented and committed to creating positive experiences
- Highly organized and reliable in managing tasks and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear, professional, and customer friendly
- Detail driven mindset with the ability to identify root causes and improve processes
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or NetSuite
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience with SaaS billing processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce navigation
- Experience with Zendesk ticket management
