Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Apolis is seeking a Blue Yonder Demand Planning Consultant to support and enhance the Blue Yonder Demand Planning application. The role involves production support, incident resolution, and ensuring system stability and business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Blue Yonder Demand (D360)
- Monitor and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly batch jobs, integrations, demand publish processes, and data validation
- Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution with Blue Yonder and internal IT teams
- Configuration systems changes and enhancements
- Support testing, UAT, deployments, and documentation
Skills
- 8-10 years of experience with Blue Yonder Demand (JDA Demand)
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and Unix/Linux troubleshooting
- Experience with integrations, batch processes, and production support
