Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Business Growth Specialist at careerzynith, your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, engaging, and centered on driving measurable results. You will:
- Generate and Qualify Leads: Participate in both inbound and outbound calling campaigns designed to identify prospects, assess their needs, and qualify them as potential sales opportunities for our clients.
- Conduct Product Introductions: Confidently deliver compelling product overviews and sales presentations that highlight the unique value our clients offer to their target markets.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Organize, track, and follow up on leads using our CRM platform, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.

- Master Multiple Campaigns: Receive training on various dialing campaigns and adapt quickly to different client products, services, and value propositions.
- Meet Hourly Requirements: Satisfy minimum dialing hour requirements as determined by the Operations Manager to ensure productivity and performance consistency.
- Continuous Learning: Acquire new skills, retain detailed product knowledge, and stay current on industry trends and best practices.
