The Technical Writer will create simplified work instructions, playbooks, and quality alerts by collaborating with subject matter experts and supporting the Quality Department and Program Management teams.
Responsibilities
- Receive SOP’s from the client and organize for transference to SWI templates
- Write simplified SWI’s by utilizing SOP’s
- Update SWI’s by working with site leadership, SME’s/Supes
- Support teams in writing Playbooks for leadership roles or programs
- Submit drafts to SME’s for approval
- Track document update closure for timely implementation
- Submit documents to document control
- Support the quality team with internal audits
- Other duties as deemed necessary by manager
