Schedule & Training

The position is full‑time (40 hours per week) with the following standard operating hours:

New hires will complete a 90‑day training program designed to master the VICI platform, careerzynith’s CRM, script navigation, and eligibility assessment techniques. Training runs Monday‑Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern and Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern.
