Remote College Admissions Coach (part time)
We’re Winning Ivy Prep, a fast‑growing company dedicated to helping students achieve their college dreams. We’re looking for a passionate College Admissions Coach to mentor high school students (grades 9‑12) and deliver personalized, top‑tier admissions guidance. Based in Palo Alto, CA, we have a strong foothold in Northern California, but our reach is nationwide.
About the Role
As a College Admissions Coach, you will:
• Guide students through every stage of the college application process.
• Communicate with families, keeping them informed and aligned.
• Help students (9th‑11th grade) select majors and extracurriculars.
• Support students in applying to extracurricular programs and colleges.
• Keep students accountable and motivated.
• Conduct online meetings with students and parents.
Who We're Looking For
• Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree in a STEM, Business, Psychology or related field from a top 25 U.S. university (Ivy League, Stanford, MIT, etc.).
• Experience: At least 2‑3 years post‑undergraduate or currently in a graduate program.
• Expertise: Strong background in STEM, Business, Psychology or related disciplines.
• Availability: 10‑15+ hours/week, with after‑school availability (PST), preferably long‑term commitment (2+ years).
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, speaking, and ability to connect with teens and parents.
• Mission‑Driven Approach: Passionate about education and mentorship.
