The Product Manager will support a consumer card management product, collaborating with various teams to deliver a cohesive product that meets client needs and drives revenue.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to market needs
- Communicate clear expectations and priorities
- Stay current on pain‑points, user experience trends and regulatory expectations to drive continuous product improvement
- Gather insights through analytics, client feedback, and beta programs; synthesize findings into product enhancements
- Understand business characteristics and their card management needs (e.g., spend controls, reporting, integrations)
- Partner with product team and vendor to ensure features are well‑defined and meet acceptance criteria
- Work with billing teams and finance to ensure revenue goals are met
- Monitor KPIs (usage, revenue, client satisfaction, operational performance)
- Ensure that audit trails, reporting features, and administrative controls support FI compliance needs
- Leverage product analytics to evaluate feature performance and guide prioritization
- Communicate roadmap and status to stakeholders clearly and consistently
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience
- Experience with digital user trends and card‑related products or programs
- Understanding of card controls, reporting, and consumer digital financial
- Strong thought leader with ability to convert market needs into clear product solutions
- Skilled in communicating priorities and cross‑team coordination
- Passion to challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions
- Excellent communicator capable of influencing key stakeholders and motivating teams
- Experience with business or commercial credit card programs
- Exposure to virtual cards, alerts, expense management workflows, or fraud insights
- Understanding of financial institution operations and regulatory considerations impacting card solutions
