Position Overview

The Remote Contact Center Agent – Customer Service Representative is the front line of careerzynith’s member and provider support operations. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve complex insurance inquiries, and guide callers through enrollment, claims, and billing processes. This role is fully remote, offering flexible scheduling across a broad window of 8 am – 8 pm EST, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Base pay ranges from $34,091 to $52,000 annually, with eligibility for overtime and quarterly performance bonuses averaging $1,100 every three months.
