They are seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter focused on sourcing and university recruiting efforts across their technical teams, responsible for building candidate pipelines and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, university recruiting, talent operations, or a related recruiting support role
- Strong interest in technical recruiting, early-career talent, and high-growth hiring environments
- Excellent organization and attention to detail across scheduling, candidate communication, event logistics, and pipeline management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once without dropping details
- Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach and follow-up
- Comfort working with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, university partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- A high-agency mindset: you notice what needs to be done, take ownership, and follow through without needing every step defined
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, spreadsheets, and AI tools
- Strong candidate-first instincts and a belief that speed, clarity, and care matter at every stage of the process
