- Help improve repeatable administrative processes in a remote-first work environment
Skills
- Experience in administrative support, office coordination, operations support, or a similar business support role
- Strong written communication, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfort using email, spreadsheets, shared documents, calendars, and online business tools
- Ability to manage routine tasks independently while following documented processes
- Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment
- Ability to improve templates, checklists, trackers, or operating procedures
