About the Role
As a Customer Care Professional on careerzynith's Small Business Services team, you will be the voice and backbone of exceptional service for thousands of business owners and executives. Your primary mission will be to provide consultative support, recommend the right financial products, and ensure that every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Business Owners and Executives: Handle inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence. Build authentic relationships with small business owners, understand their unique needs, and recommend tailored products and services.
