- Recent Finance or Accounting experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization is required
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Accounting Operations, or related financial disciplines
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and operational teams to support strategic decision-making
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience supporting enterprise or global Customer Experience organizations
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or international delivery centers
- Experience working with P&L management, EBITDA analysis, cost optimization, pricing strategy, or operational finance
- Experience supporting private equity-backed or publicly traded organizations
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
- We are seeking experienced Finance and Accounting professionals who have worked directly for Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service providers
- Ideal candidates have experience supporting one or more of the following areas: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Revenue Recognition, Pricing & Profitability, Cost Management, Shared Services, Financial Operations, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Audit & Compliance, Business Intelligence, Treasury, Mergers & Acquisitions
- Experience supporting large-scale customer experience organizations, global delivery models, multi-site operations, or high-growth environments is highly valued
Skills
