About the Role: Remote Customer Experience Specialist

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued B2B customers. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will play an instrumental role in addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and facilitating seamless order transactions. This full-time hourly position is ideal for someone who takes pride in clear communication, problem-solving, and building lasting professional relationships.

You will interact with customers through multiple channels — including phone, email, and online chat — providing timely, accurate, and friendly support. Work Environment and Schedule

This position operates in a professional office environment — either from our Portland, OR office or remotely from your home office. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Please note: this posting is not intended for employment in the following states: California, Colorado, Washington, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.

This is largely a sedentary role that requires the ability to talk, write, and listen for extended periods. On rare occasions, you may be asked to assist with setup and teardown for trade shows, which may require lifting up to 50 pounds.

The position is full-time, totaling 40 hours per week. Some flexibility in scheduling is allowed and required, but the employee must be available on most days during normal working hours. Day shift is the primary schedule, with very limited out-of-area and overnight travel potentially needed on an annual basis for team meetings.
