Position Overview

The Remote Customer Experience & Support Specialist will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries during scheduled business hours. This is a part-time, long-term remote opportunity with consistent hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
