About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative – Applicant Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for applicants seeking guidance through our innovative FORWARD application programs. Your role extends far beyond traditional customer service – you will be a problem-solver, a technical guide, and an empathetic listener who helps candidates overcome challenges and successfully complete their applications.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities as an Applicant Support Specialist will include:

  • Multi-Channel Inquiry Management: Respond professionally and effectively to all inbound inquiries received through phone, email, and chat platforms. You will serve as the face of arenaflex, ensuring every applicant feels valued, heard, and supported throughout their journey with us.

  • System Navigation & Troubleshooting: Master our computerized response and troubleshooting systems to efficiently address applicant questions and concerns. You will become proficient in multiple platforms and tools, leveraging your technical acumen to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
  • Communication Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in every interaction. You will craft clear, professional responses that reflect arenaflex's commitment to excellence while adapting your communication style to meet the unique needs of each applicant.

Essential Qualifications
