Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representative – Medicare Support on a 3‑month contract‑to‑hire basis. This role is 100 % remote, allowing you to work from any location within a one‑hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103. Our Medicare support center operates seven days a week. The standard workweek is 37.5 hours, with overtime available and sometimes required to exceed 40 hours based on call volume.
