Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting our clients' business objectives. Here's what you can expect in this role:
- Customer Support Excellence: Handle incoming customer calls regarding billing inquiries, service modifications, cancellations, order status checks, and general troubleshooting. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Sales Activation: Identify opportunities to promote additional services, upgrades, and solutions that meet customer needs. Your sales acumen will help drive revenue growth while simultaneously solving customer problems and enhancing their experience with our clients' brands.
- Problem Resolution: Efficiently address customer concerns, complaints, and issues using critical thinking skills and available resources. You will document all interactions accurately in our CRM systems and follow up to ensure complete resolution.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
- One year of sales experience is required for candidates interested in sales-focused positions
- Proven ability to handle high-volume phone calls with professionalism and composure
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, articulate telephone presence
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously

- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays (7 days/week availability required)

Technical Requirements
As a home-based agent, you must have the following equipment and infrastructure:
- Computer: Personal computer (laptops are acceptable but must be hard-wired during work hours) with compatible specifications
- Internet: High-speed internet service that will be tested during the application process
- Monitor: Display between 17 to 21.5 inches (requirements vary by client) capable of 1280 x 766 resolution; flat panel display highly recommended
- Telephone: Landline or cell phone service as required by position
- Equipment: Headset, flash drive, and potentially dual monitors may be required after hire (not required for application)
