The Customer Success Intern will engage with customers to enhance their experience with the platform, assist with onboarding, and manage customer success projects.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions with warmth, clarity, and speed
- Help new users complete onboarding and reach their first 'aha' moment
- Escalate product feedback and bug reports to the product team
- Draft help center articles and how-to content
- Own small customer success projects end-to-end
Skills
- Current college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about AI, startups, branding, and helping small businesses succeed
