They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead the onboarding and support of new customers using their Contract Logix platform, ensuring successful adoption and long-term satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding of new Contract Logix customers, owning the plan, driving momentum, and guiding customers and internal teams through implementation
- Configure Contract Logix around the way each customer works, including their data model, contract workflows, approval routing, templates, integrations, and reporting
- Own a portfolio of customers, accountable for the full post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to sustained adoption and renewals
- Work directly with legal operations leaders, general counsel, contract managers, and procurement teams to understand their workflows and pain points
- Translate Contract Logix capabilities into measurable results for customers
- Help the team scale by putting AI tools to work to serve more customers effectively and creating reusable content for Sales
Skills
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation at a B2B SaaS company, ideally serving mid-market or enterprise buyers
- Track record of driving onboarding success and customer adoption against specific, measurable targets
- Strong project management chops — you can run several 90-day onboardings with multiple deliverables concurrently without breaking a sweat
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptive and flexible — you can lead a QBR with a General Counsel and a working session with a Contract Analyst seamlessly
- Comfort with data and CRM hygiene — pulling usage and pipeline reports, keeping collaboration tools clean, and using both to drive action
- Active fluency with AI tools and a builder's mindset for putting them to work — automating manual workflows, accelerating content creation, improving response quality at scale
- A team-first operating style. You bring solutions, not just problems. You share knowledge freely. You protect the team standard
- Experience in legal tech, contract lifecycle management (CLM), healthcare, or sales supporting legal, procurement, or finance functions
- Working knowledge of contract workflows: authoring, redlining, negotiation, approvals, signature, repository management
- Demonstrated success surfacing expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales through close
