They are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to own the customer experience after the sale and help build lasting partnerships with enterprise clients, guiding customers through implementation and ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding from signed agreement through successful implementation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, products, services, value proposition, and ideal customer profile
- Configure and customize the Silenium platform to align with each customer's objectives
- Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and customer deliverables
- Conduct onboarding meetings, implementation sessions, training, and regular customer check-ins
- Monitor customer performance and proactively recommend optimizations to improve outcomes
- Coordinate with internal leadership to ensure customer goals are achieved
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and maximize long-term value
- Resolve customer questions and coordinate solutions across internal teams
- Gather customer feedback to help shape future platform enhancements
- Maintain accurate customer documentation and implementation records within our CRM
- Lead quarterly business reviews and success planning with customers
- Drive customer retention, renewals, and long-term account growth
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS Implementation, Project Management, Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple customer implementations and ongoing accounts simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and leading customer meetings
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
- Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B SaaS or technology environment preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technology
