The selected candidates will assist with customer communication, internal coordination, and resolving delivery-related issues across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipping timelines and delivery status
- Manage internal support requests from sales and operations teams
- Communicate delays or issues clearly and professionally to both customers and stakeholders
- Track and document interactions within CRM systems
- Support additional operational tasks related to hardware distribution as needed
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain logistical or technical issues clearly
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles
- Reliable access to a PC or Mac with strong internet connectivity (Chromebooks/iPads not supported)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Experience working in logistics, shipping, or hardware-related environments
- Ability to maintain consistent performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
